Step 1 - How to Download Power BI Desktop from Microsoft Store

Step 1: Open Microsoft Store


  • Click on the Start Menu.

  • Search and open Microsoft Store.


Step 2: Search for Power BI Desktop


  • In the Microsoft Store search bar, type Power BI Desktop.

  • Look for Power BI Desktop (Microsoft Corporation) in the results.


Step 3: Download Power BI Desktop


  • Click on Power BI Desktop.

  • Click Get to download and install it.





Let the download happen. It will auto-install itself.
