Mailing Etiquettes

  1. Using "Reply All":


    • Always use "Reply All" to continue an ongoing email thread with the same subject. This ensures the conversation remains in context and is easily traceable for all participants.

    • Use "Reply All" to include all participants in the conversation unless there's a specific reason to exclude someone.


  2. Using "Forward":


    • When you need to share an email, including any attachments, with someone outside the original recipients, use the "Forward" option. This ensures the attachment(s) from the original email are included and the new recipient has the complete context.

  3. Using "Email Signature":

    • Save time and use Email Signature -

      • It can be as simple as a greeting and your name.

      • Or fancy with a whole banner.
